Our Facility

Our facility has been recently expanded to provide over 15,000 square feet of working space for our auto-body technicians.

A new customer waiting room has also been recently added as well as a new fully computerized office space for our estimating and management team.

We also have a newly paved parking lot and entrance from Apple Avenue for our clients as well as a highly secured storage/towing facility now on site.

The towing facility is separately owned and operated from the Precision Collision facility (by ASAP Towing), but a necessary addition to our facility due to client needs and requests for the ability to tow a vehicle to the facility for collision and/or restoration repairs.

Police impounds are also housed within the new storage / towing facility.

Towing of your vehicle to our facility, (if needed), can be provided by ASAP Towing (at their current rates - please contact us for the current ASAP rate) or by any other towing provider that you may choose to use (once again, if needed).

Handling of issues related to ASAP Towing can also be handled in our main office during our normal business hours. For after hours issues with ASAP, you will need to contact ASAP Towing directly. Please see your local telephone directory for contact information, as ASAP Towing does not currently have a web site that we know of. You may also telephone (231)767-9001 to reach ASAP Towing directly.

Once again, please understand that ASAP Towing and Precision Collision are two separately owned and operated businesses. If you have an issue that ASAP Towing must resolve (such as access to a police impounded vehicle or questions about the towing fees incurred), you will need to contact them directly, as we are only able to handle the paperwork that they (or the police department that impounded your vehicle) furnish to us. In other words, we are only providing a physical counter and payment facility on ASAP Towing's behalf during our normal operating hours. This service is provided only as a convenience. Questions beyond what we are furnished with in writing will need to be handled directly by ASAP Towing or the police department that impounded your vehicle.

For those clients who require rental car services while your vehicle is being repaired, we currently have a contract though Enterprise Rent-A-Car with which we can provide you with a discount rate over normal quotes if you have no insurance coverage for a rental replacement car. If you are interested in this option, please inquire in person at the office or via emai for the current discount rental rates.
